1. About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed with WorkspacePaperPro (ABN 41 628 905 317), Suite 4, 33 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009. By ordering or using workspacepaperpro.net you agree to them.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order applies. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

3. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Sydney, usually on the next business day. Standard delivery costs $8.50 and is free for orders over $99. Delivery times are estimates only.

4. Returns and refunds

Unused products can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Custom-printed items are made to order and can only be returned if faulty. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Printer and copier plans

Plans run on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Equipment remains our property and must be returned in reasonable condition. Pages above the included allowance are charged at the published rate.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or services or refunding the amount paid.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
